Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days from the delivery date, provided that the product
is in its original condition and has not been used.
To request a return or exchange, customers can contact us through our website, Facebook,
Instagram, or WhatsApp. Our delivery representative will arrange a pickup from the customer’s
location.
Refunds: If the order included free shipping, the customer will be charged the shipping cost for both
the original delivery and the return pickup, and this amount will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges: In case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee for the
second Delivery
